Garmr

The Garmr was a canine based B.O.W created by The Connections using the mutated T-Virus as marketable product intended to exceed that of the Cerberus creature by Umbrella.

It is assumed, like the Cerberus, the Garmr was a low cost mass produced creation, equally based of the doberman pinscher breed of dog. Despite using the same base organism, the Garmr shares few similarties to the Cerberus. It is far larger that the zombie dog and can run at even faster speeds than the A-Virus Cerberus derivative as well clocking in at speeds over 60mph. Another unique trait is the creatures elongated tongue which again is not seen in the Cerberus.

Garmr’s also appear to be more programmable as a B.O.W as during Leon’s investigation into ELPIS and ARK, Victor Gideon was able to deploy a pack of Garmr’s to chase the DSO agent on his motorcycle through the ruins of Raccoon City.

Garmr’s were created in ARK in the years in which The Connections were able to take control of the facility. Garmr’s were given the code number CM-G-002 and were sold at a cost of $30,000,00 each.
