Ironhead

In order to explore the Afflicted as potential biological weapons, Alex Wesker had her research team create a special variant which were given artificial hormone and muscular boosters. The result saw the creation of the Iron Head B.O.W.

Body strengthening surgeries were performed and the chest cavity was primitively sewn back up. In addition, metallic braces were attached to its arms to support the biceps and allow the creature to wield heavier weaponry such as a large battle-axe. Finally, to protect the cranial region, the subject’s head was entirely encased in a special type of helmet or mask that was surgically grafted onto their faces. These Afflicted variants were signficantly stronger and more durable than the standard version and fierce in combat.

Like many of the T-Phobos creations, the Iron Head was secured in the Prison Complex on Sushestvovanie Island and were encountered by Claire Redfield and Moira Burton after their capture.
