S.T.A.R.S Charlie Team (i-Survivor)

The S.T.A.R.S Charlie Team are the third specialist police team from Raccoon City and were involved with the zombie outbreak of September 1998.

It should be noted that whilst this third team seemingly existed, the “charlie” moniker was not used. Based on the fact that it is the third S.T.A.R.S team then it makes sense that following the phonetic alphabet, then it would be dubbed the Charlie Team.

All 5 members were caught up in the Raccoon City Incident and assisted with the evacuation of the city, helping citizens and generally staying alive. It is unknown what became of them or whether any of them actually survived the biohazard. The team were known to investigate the Power Station, the R.P.D and Raccoon City General Hospital during the outbreak.

Kay – An expert with medium range combat weapons such as the handgun. Kay’s marksmen skills were quickly noted making his one of the last recruits to S.T.A.R.S in or around July 1998.

Frank – Originally a member of the Geria countermeasure group, it is unknown when he joined S.T.A.R.S but is known to be an effective fighter of close combat situations and general assaults.

Al – An expert sniper with a keen eye. He is extremely prolific with long range weapons.

Anna – Holds the same position in Charlie Team that Rebecca does in Bravo – being the field medic. She is able to use the locally grown Green Herbs well.

Kentaro – A highly effective technican with a sharp mind in planning and survival. He will often lead by example when scoping out a new area.
