Übersoldat

The Übersoldat was the personal Tyrant of Neuermann Giesel and sued a last line of defence as part of Giesel’s biological weapon program. Presumably based on the standard T-103 mass produced Tyrant from Umbrella, how Giesel acquired the creature remains unclear.

However, in acquiring the specimen, various modifications were made to a point where the Tyrant resembled a World War 2 German soldier, with it’s name literally meaning super soldier. The creature was incredibly strong and like other Tyrants, sported a gas mask and hat combo to improve it’s look, but it also seemingly acted as part of the power limiter function present on earlier Tyrant specimens.

In 2009, the Tyrant was unleashed against the B.S.A.A who had infiltrated Giesel’s mansion and compound in Überlandia. Despite it’s formidable appearance and success in killing a female B.S.A.A member, it proved no match against the combined efforts of Holiday Sugarman and Mina Gere with the pair being able to trigger the power limiter within moments of combat with Mira using a fertilizer bomb on the creature.

The loss of his hat proved crucial and this triggered the Reborn mutation. The Tyrant displayed similar mutations to both the T-103 and the Hypnos variant although the vulnerable heart was located on it’s back. Noting the apparent weakness of the Tyrant, Mina was able to sneak behind the creature who was engaged in combat with Holiday and stab it with her trusty knife. She also lunged another grenade into the creature, which when exploded triggered the other internal bombs to explode too, killing the creature for good.
