Umbrella Vaccine Laboratory

The Umbrella Vaccine Laboratory was a state of the art research centre hidden in the Arklay Mountains. It sole aim appears to be the development of vaccines for viruses.

It is presumed that the development is not strictly limited to vaccine production of Umbrella’s own viral creations (although this is a possibility) but perhaps more so, known viruses from around the world. Due to the somewhat public profile of this building compared to other laboratories in the Arklay Mountain and Forest, it suggests that this may well be the case.

However, there is no doubt that some attempt would be made to create vaccinnes for the T-Virus and then distributed to other locations around the world. However, due to the mutagenic nature of the T-Virus, this would have presented as a full time job to try and create updated vaccines.

The laboratory survived intact following Raccoon’s destruction but left abandonded thereafter. The information and data contained within became a target for the small band of survivors residing at the now defunct P-213 Facility.
