COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This competition is operated by the Resident Evil Podcast (REP), it has no affiliation with Capcom.
  • The competition is open to all participants with the exception of REP Staff members and relatives of staff members.

  • There is 1 competition running across REP social media. Participants are free to enter via two platforms – Facebook and Twitter
    1. Twitter Rules and procedures
      1. Participants can register an entry into the competition by two means:
        1. Following the REP Twitter page (twitter.com/ResiEvilPod)
        2. Retweeting the competition tweet from the account following the page.
      2. There is therefore a maximum entry limit of 2 entries per person on Twitter.
  • Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, Twitter account, registrations, email address, logins or any other methods will voice that participant’s entries and that participant maybe disqualified at REP’s discretion.
  1. Participants who already follow REP on Twitter (prior to the launch of this competition) will already have 1 entry logged. In order for that entry to be considered for the competition, it must be followed up with the appropriate retweet of the competition tweet.
  2. You must retweet and follow the REP Twitter page in order to enter this competition. If you fail to do one of these then your entry will be void and you will be unable to win the competition.

    1. Participants can register an entry into the competition by two means:
      1. Follow the REP Facebook page (facebook.com/trepodcast)
      2. Like the competition post from the account following the page.
    2. There is therefore a maximum entry limit of 2 entries per person on Facebook.
  • Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, Facebook account, registrations, email address, logins or any other methods will voice that participant’s entries and that participant maybe disqualified at REP’s discretion.
  1. Participants who already follow REP on Facebook (prior to the launch of this competition) will already have 1 entry logged. In order for that entry to be considered for the competition, it must be followed up with the appropriate like of the competition post.
  2. You must like and follow the REP Facebook page in order to enter this competition. If you fail to do one of these then your entry will be void and you will be unable to win the competition.
  • The competition closes on 14/04/2020 at 23:59 GMT. Any entries made after this time will not be considered as a valid entry.
  • A single provisional winner will be picked at random from each of the 4 competition entry streams. Once each provisional winner has been confirmed as complying with the competition entry rules; one overall winner will chosen at random from these four confirmed finalist entries.
  • The winner of the competition will be announced on Episode XX of the Resident Evil Podcast. The winner will then be contacted by a REP representative within 24 hours of the Podcast being released to the public via our Podbean .
  • In the event that the winner fails to respond to the REP representative within a reasonable timescale, REP will undertake a re-draw of the competition, picking a winner from the remaining three provisional winners. This process will be repeated until the prize is claimed.
  • REP reserves the right to amend and cancel this competition in the appropriate circumstances.
